In July 2022, an illegal MS-13 gang member was released into the United States at the southern border by federal officials and allegedly committed the murder of 20-year-old Kayla Marie Hamilton in Aberdeen, Maryland.

In January of 2023, the Aberdeen Police Department apprehended and charged the 17-year-old illegal immigrant and MS-13 gang member from El Salvador.

Angel Mom, Tammy Nobles told FOX45 News Baltimore in an interview that her daughter, who had autism, chose to be independent when she moved into a residence in Aberdeen, Maryland in 2022.

Nobles reported that the illegal alien MS-13 gang member accused of killing Hamilton was first detained at the southern U.S. border, then released into the interior of the country as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC).

Authorities apprehended him at the border but allowed his aunt to come and get him and then take him to Fredericksburg, Maryland, as Nobles reported.

According to Nobles recount of the tragic event, she said, “He came into her room, he startled her, he raped her after she was dead and just left her on the floor on her back and then he went to lunch with his half-brother.”

When the detectives told him that he was being detained for the murder of Kayla Hamilton, he smirked and seemed amused.

In 2021, the U.S. released around 123,000 unaccompanied minors, representing a dramatic 700 percent rise from the previous year. The majority of these unaccompanied minors were males, and almost all of them had come from Honduras, Guatemala, or El Salvador. They spanned the ages of 15 to 17-years-old, which is the typical age gangs like MS-13 recruit new members.

Nobles has previously expressed her wish that the illegal alien gang member accused of killing her daughter Kayla receives the stiffest punishment possible, being life without parole.
