One teacher found that wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat was more than enough to call attention to his act of supporting freedom. . The principal told teacher Eric Dodge that he could not wear the hat because it disrupted the school. But the only disruption was coming from those that hated the hat.
Dodge took the matter to court, where the judge told the school leadership that the hat was a matter of free speech and that they could not ban the teacher from wearing it.
Reuters reported, “The 9th Circuit, reversing a federal judge, said wearing the hat was speech protected by the U.S. Constitution and evidence that some faculty members were offended was not enough to override Dodge’s free-speech rights.”

Liberals think that they can control what others do by claiming that it offends them. People can wear what they want and display images or words without fearing being forced to cease their activities.

The liberals in charge thought they could harass Dodge enough that he would give up wearing the hat. But the teacher was not about to stop. The fight for freedom in America continues through the court system.

Reuters also reported that Circuit Judge Danielle Forrest wrote:
“That some may not like the political message [being] conveyed is par for the course and cannot itself be a basis for finding disruption of a kind that outweighs the speaker’s First Amendment rights.”
The liberals cry about everything that stands for freedom in America. They loathe the idea of a strong country where people can prosper and make life work for them. They would instead strive for a weak America where they get to call all the shots.
