Biden is currently leading in the race to hit the 270 electoral vote count threshold that would secure his election triumph.
But with several major states yet to be determined -- including Nevada, Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina – the winner of the 2020 Presidential race is not quite settled.
The site, buildbackbetter.com, highlights only a homepage covered with an image of the former vice president. It says “Biden-Harris Transition” against a solid blue background.
“The American people will determine who will serve as the next President of the United States,” the campaign wrote on its new transition to the White House website. “Votes are still being counted in several states around the country.”

Though Biden has not yet taken victory, as President Trump did earlier Wednesday, the Biden-Harris campaign has said it's preparing for the democratic shift of power, in case they do win.

“The crises facing the country are severe — from a pandemic to an economic recession, climate change to racial injustice — and the transition team will continue preparing at full speed so that the Biden‑Harris Administration can hit the ground running on Day One,” the campaign added.

Biden does not need Pennsylvania to win if he can pull off a victory in Nevada, but Trump is reliant on the state to secure his route to a second term.
The Trump campaign has also rejected Fox News’ Decision Desk predictions that Arizona has been won by Biden, and insist Trump will make a recovery in the state.
North Carolina and Georgia have also not been called yet. But because mail-in ballots are still being calculated, there is a chance Biden could see his polling figures go up in the southern states.
Trump has not admitted defeat and Biden has not yet secured victory as absentee ballots are counted in remaining swing states.

If Biden wins, he will be the oldest president to take office when he’s sworn as the 46th president on Jan. 20. He turns 78 this month. His running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) will be the second non-white vice president and the first of African and Indian ancestry.

Trump’s campaign filed lawsuits Wednesday to pause vote-counting in Michigan and Pennsylvania, while demanding a recount in Wisconsin, where Biden is ahead by more than 20,000 votes.
Trump hopes to clutch the office without a bruising court fight with Pennsylvania, where his lead is decreasing as absentee ballots are processed, and Nevada, where Biden leads by about 8,000 votes.
Officials in Nevada don’t intend to release full results until Thursday and Pennsylvania accept absentee ballots that arrive through Friday.
